On Tuesday 19th February 2008 the Trustees are holding a launch day and would like to invite you.

For the last two years the project has been managed under a partnership between Thurrock CVS and Thurrock Play Network, In December 2007 Thurrock Re-Use Project (TRUP) was formed by local people, committed to making a difference to their community and environment.

Second Generation supplies furniture and electrical items at low cost mainly to people on reduced incomes, to enable them to do this, they collect these items from residents of Thurrock, refurbish, repair and test for safety and suitability.

The afternoon starts at 1pm with a welcome buffet.

Reducing waste going to landfill and helping those of us less fortunate are rightly high on everyone’s agenda please come and be part of the future of this Charity.
