Detailed Information About The Youth Social Action Project
- Young “change makers” who are eager to collaborate on an initiative they believe is necessary to improve people’s lives at the individual, community, and societal levels.
- TAG Radio provides training in media skills and radio broadcasting techniques while the young participants take the lead on the projects.
- All adults assisting the youths have undergone a DBS check and safeguarding training.
- This project is being supported by the BBC We Move Fund.
Extra-Curricular Skills to Learn on the Project?
Practical communication skills are crucial in an increasingly interconnected world. The project offers a useful experience where your child can develop and enhance essential skills such as presentation, active listening, public speaking, teamwork, and radio hosting. They will be able to learn the art of media presentation, conduct interviews, and collaborate within a team.
